Here are the following commands to run to check if SIP is being blocked on their network (Must check all 4)

If they have a firewall blocking any of these commands the return results will be something like this:

Hostname public.safesoftsolutions.com resolved as 208.78.136.134

Can not connect to server

Statistics: Received=0, Corrupted=0

[target_name] = Public Server on our side
/p protocol = TCP or UDP
/r port = Remote Port on the Echo Server
/d pattern = Pattern to be sent for echo

public.safesoftsolutions.com /p tcp /r 5060 /d Hello
