How to Activate Sending of Email While on a Call

- the sending of email to the leads while on a call can be control under the Account Settings.

 

Step 1. Once login to the Admin interface, click on the Account Settings.

Step 2. Scroll down at the bottom part of the page and look for the section Show Send Email Button. Check the box to show the Send Email button in the agent side.

 

Step 3. Click the Save Settings button to apply the changes.
