How to Prioritize Leads from Vendor to be Called Right Away

 

Scenario: Client has a third party Vendor that send leads using API. Client wants to dial these leads right away as soon as they come in to the system

VENDOR Hopper Priority - This setting will allow you to set priority level (0 to 99) on the leads inserted by your vendor. If you want the leads coming from your vendor to be dialed right away, make sure that this value is higher compared to the value set on the List Hopper Priority found on your List settings

 

VENDOR SETTINGS

Step 1. Go to Leads tab > Vendors > Click on Vendor Settings.

IMPORTANT: Set the Hopper Priority of your Vendor (0 to 99) and make sure it is higher than any of all your Lists' Hopper Priority

 

Step 2. Go to Leads tab > Show Lists > Click on List Settings Icon

 

LIST SETTINGS


 

IMPORTANT: Make sure that your List's Hopper Priority is less than your Vendor's Hopper Priority Level.
