12.8. How to Use Call Logs

How to Use Call Logs

-       This report will allow you to see all the call logs based on the date range that you will select which includes the Event Call, Status, Phone number, lead's first and last name, Call Type as well as the duration of the call.


Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.

Step 2. Go to the tab Call Logs.


Step 3. Select the parameters and criteria for the logs that you want generate and then, click the Search button.

  • Call Date Start and Call End Date End – this is where you select the date range of the logs that you want to see.
  • Lead Id & Phone Number – enter on this field the specific lead id or phone number.
  • Status, User, Campaign & List – select from the field drop downs to see all leads in a specific Campaign, List or that have a specific Status.


Step 4. You also have an option to export your file by clicking the Export button and Download File.


NOTE: The system sets a limit of 10000 rows when you export and open Call Log Report on excel. A good workaround is shorten the time frame when running it.
