12.14. How to Create Lead Reports


Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.

Step 2. Go to the tab Reports and then, Build Custom Reports.


Step 3. Select the Leads under Break Down by and Agent for Select from with your desired Start Date & End Date as well as the Start Time and End Time.


Step 4. Scroll down and click on the Additional Columns button to add columns to your report. In this example, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Current Status were selected.


Step 5. Below should show how the report will look like.
