How to Create an Email Template

Step 1. Click on the tab Account Settings and then, Email Templates.

Step 2. Click the Add button to start adding your email template.

Step 3. Under Email Template Information, there are a lot of fields to complete.

1. Name this is the name of your email template. This should describe the purpose of the email template.

2. Insert Field you can use the fields present in your Form Fields if you want to insert it to the Subject or to the Body of the email template by clicking the drop down arrow.

3. Insert Signature Field you can use the fields present in the Signature you created if you want to insert it to the Subject or to the Body of the email template by clicking the drop down arrow.

4. Body This is where you create your email message. You can also include Form Fields to be embedded within your email template body by selecting from the Insert Field drop down and clicking Body.

5. Attachment you can use this to attach some files along with your email template. Just simply locate it from your PC by clicking the Choose File button.

Step 4. Once you are done creating your template, click on the Save Changes button to apply the settings.
