Zoiper 2.08 for Windows plugin has crashed

If you are receiving the error shown below either on your Agent Interface or Admin Interface in your realtime screen

  • This is a result of having Zoiper running in 2 locations on the same browser

Steps to take to resolve this

  • Log out of from the Agent Interface
  • Close ALL browser windows completely (Making sure that Firefox or Chrome are not open)
  • Re-open Firefox or Chrome
  • Log back into either the Agent Interface or the Admin Interface realtime screen
